This Associate would work with three employment partners based in their Newport Beach office. The ideal candidate would have employee handbook and policy experience, though not required. The candidate can be based in their Newport Beach or Century City office. The firm does not have a policy for it, but most associates are in the office 2-3 days per week (more in the beginning to become integrated). Bonuses are commensurate with Big Law, the minimum billables for this firm are only 1950 hours.
