The Employee Benefits Practice Group of a prestigious San Francisco Law Firm has an immediate opening for an associate with 1-3 years of relevant employee benefits experience. Preferred candidates will have demonstrated interest and/or prior work experience in employee benefits, including all areas of retirement benefits, health and welfare, payroll tax and fringe benefit issues, and executive and equity compensation. LL.M. in tax or employee benefits is a plus.

California Law Firm seeks 4-7th year labor and employment associate for their Santa Barbara office.  This candidate should have experience in wage-and-hour class actions in addition to single plaintiff experience.  This is a busy practice, and the associate will have significant case responsibility and client contact.  Representative clients include startups and companies in the retail, lodging, agricultural, medical/medical devices, banking, and service sectors as well as some public agencies.
