The Orange County office of a national law firm has requested our assistance to help them find lateral partners who wish to grow their practices.
The last partner we placed there describes the opportunity as follows:
• “A very fair compensation structure in the first year for laterals that really allows folks to bet on themselves and do very well if they exceed their goals. I was personally a beneficiary of this path.”
